Moving was a Cinch
Moving was a Cinch
This guest post from Werner Rogers
When I moved into my new house, the real estate agent was so helpful (thanks, Molly!) She gave me tons of advice about being a first time homeowner and I felt good about being able to take care of this place all on my own. She even left me a basket of wine and crackers for my first night in the new house! She left me a sheet she had hand typed with a ton of citywide resources for me to look into, and that was really helpful. It had things on it like http://shopELECTRICITYRATESTexas.com and some links to lawn care guys…it was a huge help. She even included the number for the small business administration office since she knew I wanted to get my monogramming shop up and running! I will be a loyal Molly customer for the rest of my time here in Texas and she has her excellent customer service to thank for that. Loyalty is probably hard to come by in the real estate business but I know where mine lies!
