My friends are complaining that it’s so easy to gain pounds but losing it, you need to work your ass off. Everybody wants to lose weight but it’s just so hard to do. Even my mom wants to have a quick weight loss and it’s funny. I told my mom that she’s old and she doesn’t need to lose weight at all. A few excess pounds will not hurt her.
