Palms of My Hands

As I have always stressed on my previous blogs, I am a frustrated chef. And during my childhood years, I have always dreamed of studying at the fist culinary school in the Philippines —Center for Culinary Arts (CCA). But unfortunately, my parents can’t afford to send me there. Recently, I heard a news about CCA that the school was awarded an accreditation from the American Culinary Federation Foundation (ACFF). Being a Filipino, I am so happy for the awards and international acknowledgements that my dream school has been given. Its students also won in several cooking competitions. It only shows that with the right training and motivation, Filipino chefs can perform even better than the world’s best!
