VCO-Virgin Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is less known than olive oil, corn oil, canola oil and any other vegetable oil. It’s also misinterpreted by most users. They thought that Coconut oil is the one that we use for frying. Yes, frying oil also came from coconut, but it’s from processed coconut. The coconut oil that I’m referring to is what we call Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). It is from fresh, matured coconut meat that did not undergo any chemical processes. The only process VCO pass through is fermentation. VCO is as healthy as any other vegetable oil since it has lauric and capric acid which are both beneficial to out body. Studies also shows that users of VCO are more slender and never had heart attack problems or stroke.
