Sizzling Sisig
Have you stated this one? Best chosen “pulutan” dish or appetizer of Filipinos and a perfect pair of beer. You can either boil or grill pig ears and cheeks. Once cook, chop it and mix it with onion, chili pepper, and seasoning. Oh! By the way you can also add egg on it.
