Chicharon Baboy
Chicharon Baboy is one of Filipinos’ favorite delicacies. It is usually served as finger food but is variably served as an appetizer, viand, or snacks, as well. It is also called pork crackling. It is made by boiling pork rind in the salted water until it becomes tender. It is dried under the sun, and then deep fried until it becomes crispy. It is usually paired with a sauce made of vinegar, salt, garlic, onions, and chili peppers.
