Arrozcaldo
My family loves the way I cook arrozcaldo or Rice Porridge. Every time we have family gatherings they always requested me to make the ever famous arrozcaldo. I still use the same ingredients as everybody else and I just sliced the chicken into cubes. Well, I guess homemade meal is better than those sold commercially.
