Counterproductive
While jogging at the Sports Center one Saturday morning, I saw a well-built man pass me by. He was in rubber shoes and shorts just as I was… but he had a cigarette in his mouth.
The first thing that I thought was: How counterproductive. How can you be health conscious and exercise but smoke and pollute your lungs at the same time?
When vice has entered your system, it’s difficult to let it go.
