The Best Time for a Nap
Experts said that the best time for a nap is when we’re on the run and have no time. We shouldn’t wait for exhaustion to overtake us – we should find a quiet spot for a thirty-minute nap. Fold your hands over your chest, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and drift off. Leave worries and concerns outside the gates of dreamland. Sleep restores and regenerates us.
