Secrets. Everybody has one. You don’t reveal yourself totally to other people even to your closest ones. We choose to show ourselves differently to different persons depending on our relations with them. Why? It is because we know that each person has some limit to what he’ll accept. The other person holds an image of us. Perhaps we don’t want to destroy that image so we hide certain things about us that are contrary to that person’s perception. So, we keep some secrets.
