The Importance of Movement

Everything inside our body is moving. Our heart pumps, blood flows, lungs expand and contract, eyes roll, and etc. As a result, we can walk, reach out and touch the world around us. Movement is a sign of life. Seriously prevent or hinder the movement of limbs and organs, and we encourage illness. Stop motion altogether and we are dead. We should allow ourselves to move as fully as possible both within and without, and we realize wellness.
